In our project to expand the company, Plantae moves to «Sival» , a leading fair for specialized crops, from January 14 to 16, 2020 in the city of Angers (France).
Sival brings together many companies of up to 40 different nationalities, making it one of the 3 most important fairs in France.
It has 6 pavilions attracting the visit of multiple professional profiles from around the world, in a country where agriculture represents one of its largest sources of financing.
Objectives of the fair "Sival"
The " Sival " fair brings together the sectors of:
- Horticulture , with all varieties of garden products. France is a pioneer in modernizing this sector, even offering "Master of Horticulture" to specialize future agricultural technicians in the horticultural sector.
- Viticulture , a fundamental sector in France with Greek and Roman origins.
- Arboriculture , with fruit and ornamental trees. We can also find "Master" in this matter to train professionals specialized in treating trees.
- Vegetables , grown outdoors and in a greenhouse.
From 2017 to 2020, investments in the horticultural sector progressively increased to promote the construction of greenhouses. Farmers' associations were created and a " white paper " is produced that includes:
