10 years of Plantae technology to save water in your crops is a project that began with the goal of improving decision-making in agriculture for all types of crops.
10 years of Plantae technology-First Sensors
Initially, the project focused on developing a soil sensor capable of measuring key variables such as moisture, conductivity, and temperature. These measurements allow for optimized irrigation and fertilization, contributing to a more efficient use of resources.

In contrast to existing market solutions, which were expensive, difficult to install, and dependent on cables, the proposal focused on a wireless sensor system that simplified installation and allowed remote access to real-time data.
10 Years of Plantae Technology – Evolution
Humidity, soil temperature and conductivity sensors
With 10 years of Plantae technology, a highly customizable proprietary sensor has been developed, capable of adapting to different crops and needs.
They are installed to take measurements at different depths, depending on the crop’s root development.
Thanks to these devices, farmers can improve their farm yields, reduce water consumption, and lower costs.
Flow meter
Subsequently, new tools have been incorporated, such as flow meters for real-time irrigation control, and weather stations that include rain gauges, sensors for ambient humidity, temperature, wind, and solar radiation.
All of this forms an integrated technological ecosystem that offers a complete overview of the farm’s condition.

Weather station
Measurements of outdoor data, chill hours, outdoor temperature, relative humidity, rainfall, and wind speed.
Also, dtv, dew point, leaf wetness, and thermal integral.
We also monitor pest and disease forecasting.
Satellite imagery and algorithms are also used to develop technology tailored to the client’s needs

Solar radiation sensor
After years of data collection and experience in different crops, the project has evolved into a new stage focused on advanced analytics.

An essential complement to our thermo-hygrometer, rain gauge, and anemometer, offering complete control over crop environmental conditions.
Plantae is present at numerous agricultural fairs, showcasing the latest technology to farmers and explaining how to interpret the data. Everything is customized to the farmer’s needs and provides real-time data.

Currently, work is underway to develop artificial intelligence models that not only analyze historical and real-time data but also predict future scenarios.
The goal is to anticipate potential problems and recommend specific actions several days in advance, thus helping farmers make more informed and effective decisions.
Plantae operates on four continents, covering all types of crops, as well as sports fields and landscaping.
