García de la Cruz oils, organizes the "Festival of the first oil of the 2023-24 campaign", on October 13 at twelve o'clock at Calle Reyes Católicos, number 23, Madridejos, Toledo, Spain.
García de la Cruz Oils

The event will explain the special and complex situations that involve oil this season, the collection and production of extra virgin oil and its situation in the national and international market.
García de la Cruz oil comes directly from the mountains of Toledo, with different varieties: Cornicabra, Picual, Arbequina and Hojiblanca.
The crop is 100% organic and with control of its entire phenological state by Plantae sensors of humidity, conductivity and soil temperature.
The crops have minimal tillage, with organic, sustainable and renewable agriculture.

Plantae and the olive grove
García de la Cruz oils trust in the experience of Plantae since 2018, from the mobile phone or tablet they control the humidity, avoiding the water stress of the olive trees and the water needs they have at all times, to obtain a quality olive which has a direct impact on the EVOO. Daily monitoring of the olive tree allows us to assess the evolution of the fruit and determine the optimal time for harvesting it to obtain the best extra virgin olive oil.
Controlling salinity ensures that the upper layers do not become hardened areas that impair soil oxygenation, while nutrient absorption is optimal.
The measurement of root temperature indicates the state of health of the roots and this prevents diseases, favoring the low need for fungicides.
With all these controls they achieve organic crops and healthy trees with top quality olives.
