As every year we summarize the Agriculture Fairs , machinery and technology related to the sector in this first quarter of 2020. In some, Plantae will be with a stand, conference or as a visitor.
Agriculture Fairs in January
Agroexpo Don Benito [January 29 to February 1] [+ LOCATION]
We will repeat for the third consecutive year with a physical presence and a stand at this important fair in Extremadura on January 29 and February 1 in Feval (Don Benito).
Objectives of the Agroexpo 2020 fair:
- Concentrate agro professionals, manufacturers and distributors.
- That exhibitors and entrepreneurs who present their products.
- Announcement of the award for Business Innovation.
- Presentation and conferences to understand the agricultural reality.
Fair guest crop: el Nogal to which we have already dedicated an article.
Plantae will be present with a stand at this agriculture fair and will once again participate in the Business Innovation Contest, in which it already won third prize in 2018 (VI business innovation contest)
Outdoor horticulture, VII Congress in Cuéllar [January 15] [ + LOCATION ]
The province of Segovia with the Glus-I Cooperative together with the magazine Tierras, Agricultura Digital and Asoprofit, organize the VII Congress «New productive challenges for outdoor horticulture» , on 15 of January in Cuéllar (Segovia).
Plantae will give a talk on « Precision agriculture to optimize irrigation and save water in horticulture »at 3:50 p.m.
Sival, specialty crops in France [January 14-16] [ + LOCATION ]
In our project continue working internationally, Pla ntae is moved to « Sival », trade fair for specialized crops in France, from January 14 to 16 , 2020 in the city of Angers. Plantae already has sensors installed in France in the central zone and intends to expand its commercial lines to the vineyard, fruit, herbaceous and truffle areas.
The " Sival " fair brings together the sectors of:
- Horticulture.
- Viticulture.
- Arboriculture.
- Vegetables.
Agrotecnológica Valladolid [from January 30 to February 1] [ + LOCATION ]
Agrotechnology in Valladolid is a fair specially designed for the technology sector but focused on agri-food and also called Agriculture 4.0.
Plantae will be with a stand and giving a conference given the involvement of our company in precision agriculture, in smart water saving and in combating climate change.
Agriculture Fairs in February
Fruit Logística 2020 in Berlin, Germany [February 5-7]
We will go to one of the most important fairs in the world Fruit Logística 2020 in Berlin from February 5 to 7.
3200 exhibitors participate in this fair, mainly fresh products, but also logistics, technology and technical systems.
Given the success obtained at Fruit Attraction in Madrid, Plantae's objective at this fair will be to meet potential distributors, new technologies and hold meetings with important companies in the sector to expand the technology in other international areas.
FIMA 2020 in Zaragoza [from February 25 to 29] [ + LOCATION ]
Zaragoza presents one of the most important agricultural fairs, FIMA, International Agricultural Machinery Fair. More than 1,650 exhibiting firms and 160,000 square meters to be the European leader in the agricultural machinery sector.
Plantae will be present at this important event for the agricultural world.

II edition of the ‘Extra Virgin Olive Oil and Nuts Fair’. EVOO & NUTS, in Talavera de la Reina [March 12, 13 and 14]
